My name is Keith Speer, and I have spent years working at the intersection of technology and business transformation for global organizations. In that time, I have seen firsthand how exciting, challenging, and sometimes downright messy it can be when companies try to adapt to an ever-changing digital world.
This blog is my space to share those experiences, the lessons I have learned, the strategies that work, and even the occasional misstep (because those can teach us the most). My goal is not to preach from a pedestal, but to have a conversation.
